What does “Made to Order” entail?

“Made to Order” means that each item in our collection is crafted based on your unique measurements to ensure an impeccable fit. We believe every body is unique, and by tailoring each piece to your specific measurements, we guarantee a bespoke experience designed to enhance your individual silhouette.

 Can I request a custom design?

While we specialize in tailoring each item to perfectly suit your body shape, we do not offer the option to create entirely new designs or alter existing styles. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our designs and avoid any miscommunication when conveying creative ideas online. Our focus is on precision and quality, ensuring every garment is crafted to the highest standard.

 Who makes your garments?

We collaborate with a highly reputable manufacturing partner, ensuring each piece is expertly crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Once your order is completed, it is shipped directly from our production facility to you, streamlining the process to provide a seamless and efficient delivery.

 What regions do you ship to?

We proudly offer international shipping worldwide, with complimentary delivery straight from our production facility. However, please be aware that any additional costs, such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 How long is the production and delivery process?

We kindly ask that you allow approximately 20-25 calendar days for the creation of your custom-made order. This timeframe ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Once your order is completed and dispatched, shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location. In most cases, customers receive their orders within a month of placing them.

 Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

As each piece is custom-made, changes to an order can only be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we begin crafting your garment based on the initial specifications.

 Can I cancel my order?

Since every item is custom-made, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will have begun, and we will no longer be able to process cancellations.

 Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package.

 What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@glamstone.shop with photos of the damage. We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue.

 Is it possible to return a custom-made order?

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made garments and the delicate materials and intricate embellishments we use, we do not accept returns. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction and are happy to assist with any sizing or style-related questions prior to your purchase.
